The dissemination activities will be coordinated by the Dissemination board including members of the Consortium and the Advisory Board. University of Southern Denmark (SDU) will lead the dissemination board.
If necessary, the dissemination board will ask for specific advice of key stakeholders including public health care sector (e.g. GPs, public health care professionals from the municipality), networks of older adults (e.g. Ældresagen in Denmark), policy makers’ representatives and other relevant stakeholders.
The Dissemination Board will be responsible for “translating” the scientific findings into simple and clear language and will decide which material will be available to the public and which material only to the partners in the restricted area.
