This paper describes the planned economic evaluation of the SITLESS project, a multicountry three-armed pragmatic randomised controlled trial (RCT) which aims to assess the short-term and long-term effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of a complex intervention on sedentary behavior and physical activity in community-dwelling older adults.
